It's currently 1 degree F outside. I could go on about how fucking cold it is, but doing that for the past two days hasn't changed a thing and I'm not completely sure that anyone really cares. So today I'll just drive home how incredibly happy I am that it is Friday and I won't have to get up and get myself to work in these frigid temperatures that have been plaguing us for the past few weeks.
Honestly it's going to be kind of difficult to come to work next week. I'll actually, provided next week isn't like this week, have to work a full work week. Seriously, since we're coming off of two weeks of holiday-shortened weeks and I had my vacation in there as well, it's been a few weeks since I've actually had to work all week long, eight hours a day.
Since I went out a bought season 3 of Big Love, I've been watching at least two episodes each night so I can be current when season 4 starts this Sunday. The only criticism I have so far, about 5 episodes in, is that they really built up the Roman Grant trial but then kind of dropped it off suddenly when he went free. Kind of like a girlfriend who gets you all worked up and then turns it off leaving you wanting more. I also wasn't really surprised when the whole Ana thing didn't work out. I thought it might be later in the season when it was decided, but still . . . I knew it was coming.
